In 1991 whilst working in London a chance encounter brought me to Ibiza and I am still here. I’m not your typical Ibiza person but the island has been very good to me and over the years we have formed a love/hate relationship that works. I love the winters, tolerate the summers and hate August but understand it’s a necessary evil. It’s an island of contrasts and never fails to amaze me on a daily basis. I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world and everywhere I go usually comes up short when compared to San Antonio and the White Isle.

A great blog and very insightful. Considering making my second visit of the summer in a couple weeks (it’s booked). If I can’t I won’t ask for a refund as that would be asking for money back from hotels whom really need it.
